the rooftop pool had beautiful views of the museum of the future. breakfast had an excellent range of choices. the location was perfect for what we wanted.

the valet waiting time was long. the air conditioning wasnt enough for july heat. it was unsettling to be treated like i would run away without paying by some staff.

the room decor was interesting it created a unique atmosphere. the complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch it provided refreshments. the staff members were generally friendly they offered prompt assistance when needed.

the nightclub music was audible in my room it made sleep difficult. the elevator wait times were often lengthy it was inconvenient during peak hours. some areas showed signs of wear and tear the maintenance felt overdue.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The games area was well-managed. I especially loved the amazing view from the pool that overlooked the Museum of the Future. The hotel vibe was generally great.

Noise from connected rooms was very disruptive , with clear conversations audible at odd hours.

the valet service, ugh, it was a disaster. i think it took almost an hour to get my car, even after asking if i could just grab it myself. they have some whatsapp group they use, i guess. the reception? useless. missed my boat trip because of it. that valet service, useless reception

I appreciated the beautiful design that gives the hotel an elegant aesthetic. My room included slippers that provided a comfortable touch. The gym features technogym equipment that is top-of-the-line. Breakfast had a massive buffet that offered many choices.

I faced billing issues and poor customer service that was frustrating. Staff was disrespectful and unresponsive that was awful. I also noticed unexpected charges on my card weeks after my stay , made me angry.
